Baby Back Ribs
Ingredients:
Rack of Ribs
Ron's Gourmet Seasoning
Brown Sugar
Directions:
Prepare rack of ribs by first stripping membrane off of rib rack. Generously apply "Unlce Ron's Gourmet Seasoning" to top side of rib rack, marinate in this seasoning overnight in the refrigerator. Sprinkle brown sugar on rack of ribs before smoking meat. Place ribs on preheated smoker of 300 degrees, continue heating at 300 for 15 minutes. Now turn smoker down to the "smoke" reading or 180 degrees. Continue smoking for 8 hours or until tender.
Uncle Ron's Marinated Shrimp
Ingredients:
12 Jumbo Prawns (Shrimp)
1/2 Cup Lime Juice
1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
1 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
2/3 Cup Schallots-minced
2 Cloves Garlic-minced
1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 Cup Uncle Ron's Gourmet Seasoning
Directions:
Combine all but the "Uncle Ron's Gourmet Seasoning" in a bowl and refrigerate for at least an hour. Remove shrimp from marinade and sprinkle generously with "Uncle Ron's Gourmet Seasoning". Place prawns on wooden skewers and grill direct heat for about 5 minutes per side until they are done.
